How fast will I receive my order?
In-stock items ship within 2 to 4 business days. All orders are insured and come with a tracking code so you always know where your package is.

Is there free shipping?
Yes. Orders over €75 qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. For other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Can I pay with Klarna or iDEAL?
Yes. We accept Klarna (pay later and instalments), iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and Shop Pay. You'll see all available options at checkout.

What if I don't like the piece?
You can return your order within 14 days — as long as it's unworn and in the original packaging. We make the return process as smooth as possible. Just get in touch with us.

What's the difference from gold-plated jewellery?
Gold-plated jewellery has a thin layer of gold over a cheaper metal. After a few months that layer wears off and can discolour. Our pieces are solid 14K gold through and through — they never tarnish, never lose their shine, and retain their material value.

Can I have it delivered as a gift?
Every Bolek piece already comes in a luxury gift box with a personal Bolek Bond certificate. Simply enter a different delivery address at checkout — we'll make sure it arrives looking beautiful.

Does it come with warranty and aftercare?
Yes. Every piece comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and professional aftercare. If your jewellery ever needs maintenance, we're here for you.

Are the necklaces adjustable?
Yes. Our necklaces are adjustable between 39 and 42 cm and bracelets between 14 and 16 cm. This means they fit virtually everyone without needing to select a specific size.
