Every Bolek piece comes with a Bolek Bond Card.
On the card, you’ll find a QR code.
When you scan it, you are taken to a dedicated page connected to your jewellery a page that shows how it was made, who made it, and the process behind it.
From that page, you can also send a message directly to the maker of your piece.

We use Bolek Bond because we believe jewellery should be transparent. Instead of hiding the process, we document it. Bolek Bond allows us to take responsibility for our work and show that each piece is made with intention, skill, and care — not mass production.
What will I see on my Bolek Bond page?
On your Bolek Bond page, you’ll see the story behind your specific piece. This includes details about the jewellery, how it was made, and who made it. You’ll also find images or short videos from the workshop, information about materials, and confirmation of your guarantee. It’s a transparent record of your piece, not a generic product page.
Can I send a message to the maker?
Yes. You can leave a message through your Bolek Bond page. Many customers use this to share appreciation, mark a special moment, or explain why the piece matters to them. These messages become part of the piece’s story.
Who receives my message?
Your message is shared with the artisan who worked on your jewellery and with our atelier team. If needed, messages are translated and delivered personally. Nothing is automated or publicly shared.
Where is Bolek jewellery made?
All Bolek jewellery is made in our own atelier in Istanbul. This is where the gold is shaped, stones are set, and each piece is finished by hand under direct quality control.
