What materials do you use?
We work with solid 14K gold and carefully selected stones. Bolek jewellery is not gold-plated or gold-filled, so it is made for real daily wear.

How is Bolek jewellery made?
Each piece is made with careful hand-finishing. Our stone pieces are individually set or wrapped, then polished and checked for comfort, balance and durability.

Bolek is built around skilled women makers. Every piece is shaped, finished and checked with care before it reaches you.

Bolek is designed in the Netherlands and made in Europe. This allows us to keep the collection refined, wearable and consistent with European quality expectations.

Can I wear Bolek every day?
Yes. Our pieces are designed to move with everyday life. We still recommend removing jewellery during heavy exercise, cleaning, swimming or sleeping to keep it in the best condition.

How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your piece beautiful, we recommend:
- Store each piece separately
- Remove before heavy activity, swimming or cleaning
- Clean gently with lukewarm water and a soft cloth
Solid gold is durable, but gentle care keeps the finish looking refined for longer.

What does the 2-year guarantee cover?
Yes. Every Bolek piece comes with a 2-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, impact, loss, normal wear or third-party repairs is not covered.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You can return or exchange your order within 14 days after delivery if the piece is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Custom or personalised pieces may be excluded.
