Bolek Jewellery is a family-owned jewellery house built around craftsmanship, transparency, and people. The atelier was founded by Nesrin, a jewellery designer and mother, who leads all creative and design work. Daily operations and quality control are overseen by Mustafa, ensuring that every piece meets our production and finishing standards.
Our atelier is woman-owned and woman-operated, employing exclusively young female artisans aged 18–25 — many of whom join us without prior experience and are trained internally in stone setting, laser work, polishing, and quality control.
All pieces are made in-house in solid 14K gold, using techniques developed over years of practice — allowing each piece to carry not only material value, but a human origin.
Our Signature Technique
Hand-Wrapped
Stone Setting
At Bolek Jewellery, we specialise in a hand-wrapped stone setting technique in solid 14K gold. Instead of forcing stones into rigid cast settings, each stone is individually wrapped and shaped by hand — allowing it to sit naturally within the gold.
This method, traditionally seen in high-end European craftsmanship, requires precision, patience, and experience, and cannot be achieved through standard mass production.
Over several years, we developed our own tools and production methods to support this process while preserving its handcrafted character. The result is jewellery where no two stones feel identical — each piece carries subtle variations that reflect the human hands behind it.
